BioMy background is in fine arts and archeology. I paint in acrylics, oils and watercolor. Though I have to admit being more than a bit drawn to the new aqua oils. I like to work from my own thoughts and dreams. I usually can be found painting with my headphones on. I work in larger sizes for the most part. My favorite being 3'x4'. I like to paint on both canvas (stretched and un-stretched) and on stonehenge paper. Usually it's laid out on the floor and paint brushes discarded for part of the process I will paint with my hands. I also have worked with pottery, metal smithing and photography. Eventually I'll get back into ceramics and metal smithing....once I have the tools again. Photography and writing poems and lyrics are my constants when painting hasn't been an option.
